Consideration of an engineering design and consulting services agreement between Laramie County and MKK Consulting Engineers. The purpose of the agreement is to provide for engineering design and consulting services for upgrades and modifications to the mechanical and electrical systems and supporting building components at the Laramie County Detention Center. The term of the agreement shall commence on the execution date and remain in effect until the completion of the project. The cost shall not exceed $320,000.00.
