PUBLIC HEARING and consideration of a resolution authorizing the submittal of a Business Ready, Community Readiness Grant application in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000 to the Wyoming Business Council on behalf of Laramie County Community College (LCCC) for the Flexible Technology Building with matching funds to come from the Laramie County Community College through Bond, State, and Private funds.
