Consideration of the ratification of an employee lease agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Jackie Valenzuela for occupancy of the residence at the Archer property as caretaker of the property. It is part of the caretaker's job description and a requirement that the caretaker/employee live on the premises of the Archer property to perform job functions.
