Consideration of a legal services agreement between Laramie County and David Serelson, to provide representation to indigent parents in accordance with W.S. 14-3-442(b) and to comply with Laramie County's obligation pursuant to W.S. 14-3-434(b) to pay reasonable compensation for services and costs of counsel appointed by the District Court in the amount of $40,000 commencing July 1, 2017, and expiring June 30, 2018.
