Consideration of a legal service contract between Laramie County and Wallace Stock of Bailey, Stock & Harmon, P.C. to provide services as a hearing officer to the Laramie County Commissioners acting as the Laramie County Board of Equalization as well as hearing officer for the 2015 appeal hearings in the amount of $175 per hour expiring June 30, 2016.
