Consideration of a legal services agreement between Laramie County and John Frentheway for a guardian ad litem, which would pay reasonable compensation for services and costs of counsel appointed by the Laramie County District Court for children in need of supervision pursuant to W.S. 14-6-235 in the amount of $40,000 to run July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005.
