Consideration of a contract between WY Dept of Health, Behavioral Health Division, and Laramie County, WY, to set forth the terms and conditions by which the county shall provide secure placement and psychiatric treatment for detainees subject to a Title 7 commitment order. The term of the contract is from the effective date through June 30, 2028.
